Shipping

We ship anywhere in the world using industry leading freight and logistics companies. Ensuring you get your order safely, conveniently and in a timely manner is our priority and commitment to you. We'll provide tracking numbers for all orders and prompt communication to update you on the status of your order.

PROCESS

Once the payment for your item has been received, an email confirming your order will be sent to your email address. We'll then arrange for the shipping of your order within 1 day with most orders dispatched on the same day of purchase. Processing times may vary due to seasonal holidays and the time in which the order was made (i.e. Saturday or Sunday). Once the item has been picked up for delivery another email will be sent to you to with the tracking number to trace the shipment.

SHIPPING TIMES

We've teamed up with a number of global logistics companies to offer you the quickest and safest delivery available to ensure your item is received without any problems. We ship from our warehouse in Australia. 

Depending upon your selected shipping preference and location your item will arrive by express air courier (1-3 days) or Standard Air Freight (5-14 Days). 

Please allow for enough time prior to any occasion in which you may want to use your item. To avoid any issues with items being delayed beyond our control we advise allowing at least 2 weeks before any event you may want the clothing for to ensure you are not disappointed.

TRACKING

Because all items will be shipped via courier services, each shipped package will come with its own tracking number so you can trace your item every step of the way. Any lost or damaged items as a result of shipping are out of our control and the responsibility of the buyer to insure.
