Returns & Exchanges

EB Clothing has a 30 day return policy with the following conditions:

  • The item(s) must be in original condition with all tags remaining in place 
  • Items must not be damaged or dirty, show visible wear signs from being worn or altered in anyway.
  • Care instructions must be followed correctly. Items damaged by improper care may not be returned or refunded. 

REFUNDS

We will refund any item that is returned in it's original condition within 30 days from the date of receipt.

If an item has been ordered but is not currently available or there is an unforeseeable and unreasonable delay in shipping the item, the customer will be notified immediately and an expected delivery time agreed upon. If this delivery time does not meet the customer’s requirements a full refund will be given immediately.

EXCHANGES

We will accept the exchange of an item if you would like a different size or colour. Changed your mind? That’s ok too. You can exchange any item for a different style other than the one originally purchased. The value of the original item (not including shipping) will be credited against the new one.

Any costs in returning the original item and sending the new order will be at the buyer’s expense. The original order must first be returned before any new item is sent.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND, RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Before any items are returned you MUST contact us via email for further instructions and to arrange the refund and postage. Send all refund requests to:
